Mission
Junto Group will work with healthcare leaders to improve processes, and ultimately patient
outcomes.  Our AIM methodology (assess, improve, and maintain) helps our clients achieve
their goals and objectives effectively, efficiently, and economically.  

Company Philosophy
Junto Group analyzes complex problems plaguing healthcare and converts them into simple
solutions.  Too often, consulting companies focus on specific problem areas without
addressing the interdependencies across the organization.  Just as Ben Franklin developed a
comprehensive framework for each junto venture, we provide a comprehensive framework for
each process we optimize.  We treat processes much like healthcare providers treat patients.
We triage current processes, develop a care plan to improve their health, and heal them.

Value Proposition
We strive to provide tangible value in everything we do.  For example, our comprehensive
assessments are budget-neutral, meaning that the proposed savings will equal or exceed
the assessment cost.  We believe that consulting organizations should share project risk
with clients.  As experts, we are in the best position to minimize risk and maximize return.

Leadership
Keith Kelley and Sherry Meeks co-founded Junto Group to address a void in process
optimization.  We recognize the trend in healthcare to adopt quality management concepts,
such as six sigma, that other industries have already embraced.
